Cocktail of the Month: Headland Espresso
HEADLAND ESPRESSO
The delicious peat-smoke and complex flavours of Ardbeg 10-year-old single malt Scotch whisky are shaken with artisan coffee liqueur, fresh espresso and a light vanilla syrup, served up with a twist in Kâs winning cocktail for November.
Ingredients:
40ml Ardbeg 10 year old
20ml Mr Black
20ml Espresso
20ml Vanilla sugar syrup
Method: Add all ingredients and one thin strip of orange peel to a shaker with ice. Shake very hard until very cold, then strain into a chilled coupette.
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: 3 drops of chocolate bitters
