Ringmaster’s Poison

Light rum shaken with with fresh pineapple juice and pomegranate syrup, finished with a dash of maraschino liqueur. Perfect pre-party tipple!

Ingredients

60ml Light Rum

45ml Pineapple Juice 

10ml Pomegranate Syrup 

Dash of Maraschino 

Method

Shake all first three ingredients hard with ice. Strain into coupette and serve with a swirl of maraschino
