Easter Weekend Cocktails
We’ve dived into the B&H cocktail archives to bring you a selection of classics perfect to make at home for a sunny, long Easter weekend treat!
Sunshine Mary
A vibrant tweak of the classic Bloody Mary. Build 30ml Gin Mare, 10ml Ancho Reyes, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 40ml Yellow Tomato Juice, 40ml Tomato Juice and 15ml of our spice mix (blend 5 green chillies, 5 red chillies, 25 grams basil, 15 turns of salt, 15 turns black pepper, 1 litre of Worcester Sauce, 150ml white wine vinegar, strain into a bottle). Stir well with ice and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Va Va Voom
Simply one of the most moorish cocktails we’ve ever served! 30ml Lejay Cassis, 20ml Fair Café, 20ml coffee syrup 15ml raspberry puree - shake and fine strain into a coupette.
St Germain de pres
Build in a wine glass over ice: 25ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 50ml Dry Dragon Kombucha and 50ml sparkling water and garnish with a lemon twist. A delightfully refreshing low abv cocktail!
Clerkenwell Iced Tea
40ml Four Roses Yellow Label, 10ml Crème de Peche 10ml Honey Water, 100ml Lemon Mint Tea. Garnish Mint Sprig, Dried Peach
Picnic Spritz
A cool and refreshing summertime British take on a classic Spritz, with Hendrick's gin, Aperol, Cucumber, Lemon, Orange, and bubbles. In a wine glass, build 25ml of Hendrick’s gin, 20ml Toris Citrus, 15ml of fresh lemon, 15ml Aperol. Top with 30ml sparkling wine, stir and garnish with a slice of cucumber.
Pisco Sour
Bright, fruitful, and full of texture - this mix of BarSol Quebranta pisco, fresh lemon and lime juice, Amargo Chuncho and egg white will transport you straight to the Peruvian mountainside.
50ml Barsol Pisco, 15ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml lime juice, 25ml sugar syrup, 20ml egg white and a dash of Chunco bitters - shake and strain into a wine glass.
